Findtech researchers were able to search technology publications and patents across the world to isolate the origins of the particular technology. Using Findtech's iterative search process we were able to demonstrate that the technology in question had been in use for a num,ber of years prior to the patent in question. The litigants accepted the evidence and the action was dropped.
