Findtech provides a flexible outsourced research and consultancy service which is structured to enable clients to make use of it as and when they need to. We are a network organisation which cuts overhead and allows us to provide high quality client services at low cost. We can carry out small specialist ad hoc tasks or large structured projects. Our objective is to meet your needs.


Our process is simple. We like to talk through the question first and, on the basis of that discussion, we will define our approach and tell you what you can expect. We will provide you with a firm quotation wherever possible and let you know if we believe the research is not producing what you want.

However sometimes client questions have no obvious point of completion, or might have a number of options to explore. In these cases we will agree a process and milestones based on time or cost. Whenever a milestone is reached we will review progress with the client who can then decide how to proceed. They may decide they have enough information, continue the research or start off in a new direction. The decision, and the control, always remains with the client.
