All information sourced through Findtech is kept confidential for the user and can be gathered under your Non Disclosure Agreement if required. Exceptions to this are rare and made only with the express permission and knowledge of the client. Because of the nature of litigation much of our work must remain confidential until some form of settlement is reached in or out of court. We will maintain records of projects for six months or until the matter is settled, whichever is the greater. After this the original research results will be destroyed.
